2022 Holiday Construction Update

It has been a little while since the last update, so we thought it might be good to share some recent pictures and updates.

The exterior construction is pretty much done, including the rooftop structures for the pool, bathroom, shower, bar, and staircase...

Lots of progress inside including concrete structures for the kitchens and floor tiles on the ground floor...

You can even see the rooftop from the ferry as you arrive from Cancun (on the far side of Isla)...

Custom wood interior doors and the doors for the main entrance and garage are being made locally with Mexican Parota wood.

Special laminated hurricane-resistant and UV-filtering glass will be installed with custom aluminum frames on all floors, including full-width walk-out folding glass doors on the ground floor.

All of the main appliances (air conditioning, generator, propane tank, etc) are going to be installed above the rooftop...
